That was pretty cool, wasn’t it? I mean, did you see some of that footage? Especially any of the drone shots. It’s a thing of beauty. However, did you notice the vocals placed through the video? A man talking about creative inspiration, and letting us help you make a product that we’re all proud of. […]
The University of Wisconsin (Foundation and Alumni Association) brought us in to promote their Annual Appeal. With John and I being alumni we were really excited to show what we loved about the university. There are three videos in this project: Spirit, Academics, and UW Experience. We wanted to bring the idea of a one-shot-wonder into […]
We get to do a lot of great things with Brent King and the Diocese of Madison. This piece was created to help promote the Seminarian campaign and overall awareness of Seminary. We followed around a Seminarian for two days at Sacred Heart Major Seminary. It was great to see the daily life of a Seminarian […]
I never went to camp as a kid but I know I would have had a blast. John, Erin, and I spent two days taking in the sights and filming at the Birch Trail camp. We had an amazing time. The counselors and staff seemed to love what they do and the kids were so […]
I have always thought of this project as: “Surprise! Flamingos!” In the tradition of pleasant hidden camera surprises (Coke Happiness Machine, Fanta Lift & Laugh) we wanted to get the word out about the ‘Fill The Hill’ fundraising effort in a unique way. We spent two days running around campus with T.C. DeWitt surprising students […]

Another fun day with the gentlemen at Karben4! This piece premiered on Friday Nov. 22nd alongside the release of Fleece Navidad. We wanted to show the creation of the beer and painting in a new way. Hopefully when after you watch these videos you’ll have a new appreciation for the beer and painting.
This is a nice green-screen video we did with a Parish about six blocks away from our studio. We wanted a light and bright feel for the interviews so we decided to go with a green-screen and then to replace the background in post. We started with just white but with one of our angles […]
Backflip Films second generation (Ryan’s daughters and John’s son) were in a photoshoot for Three Cheers Creative. We couldn’t pass up the opportunity so we brought our camera along and filmed it. We ended up with just enough footage to fit into a short video.
Students, staff, and parents share the aspects of Assumption High School that make it “the place to be!” Footage and interviews were filmed in several trips over the spring and fall in order to capture the varying seasons and activities that take place during the school year.
